Constitutional Requirement - Article Eight, Section 5
In accordance with Article Eight, Section 5 of the SMART Constitution, the salaries of International Representatives and Organizers are tied to the average of the thirty highest-paid Business Managers and Regional Managers across the United States and Canada. To ensure compliance with this constitutional requirement, we are conducting the Top 30 salary survey so that International officers' and staff compensation can be properly adjusted based on the benchmark percentage increase.
